Cancellation Policy- A $50-$100 (plus tax) non-refundable deposit for bookings is required at the time of booking. Please make sure you are 100% committed before scheduling an appointment. Please respect our 48 hour communication policy for appointment period. No show/ no communication clients will be banned from scheduling future appointments and will forfeit deposit. If you cancel the “day of” appointment, you will forfeit deposit. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will forfeit deposit. Contact me directly by phone or text, no other sources of communication will be accepted. If I have not responded, then it means I have not received your attempt of communication. If you cancel more than 2 times (no matter the reason), you can no longer book future appointments.
